Dear Readers,

well, it was a pleasant suprise to see this game on at all given the very heavy rain over the last two days.It was actually excellent playing conditions and the first half was a very equal affair with Barrhead competing strongly all over the pitch.
County were fielding a total of 5 trialists and every single one of them did extremely well and hopefully enjoyed the experience...thank you and look out for details of next weeks games.

We took the lead with a belter from Mark McHendry into the top corner despite a brave attempt from their excellent goalie. They equalised with a well taken goal after a flowing move.

1-1 at half time.

The second half saw County really take a grip on the game ,especially when the Barrhead boys tired.Mark Bradley had a wonderful second half, winning the ball and linking up with team mates all over the pitch, and scored a beautiful header after a fantastic move.
Chris O'Brien also really showed his abilities and linked up well with all the County boys and set up chance after chance, which were gratefully converted by Craig,Martin and finally Chris himself...well done Chris!!!
Andy G got himself a cracker,Matin slooted home with his right and Craig knocked one in on the back post....6 players on the scoresheet...luverly!!!!!
There were excellent performances all over the pitch ,so well done to you all.

Coaches mom: Mark Bradley back to his 'Martin Peters' best withn some subloime control and passing

Supp mom...Chris after his splendid second half showing, capped with a georgeous goal.

Come on you Piess!!!!
