Leyton fc 3
Giffnock S C County 0

Dear Readers,

well, what a chance passed us by in a really tough game against a very brave and strong Leyton side, cup holders.

WE had some great chances to score in the first half we totally dominated but their goalie was excellent.
Second half was a different cup of tea and Lewis made some good saves and had immaculate handling(with his new glooves!)They scored a unchallenged header from a corner....did our lads stop cos they thought it was out??

But there was no stopping their 2nd and 3rd goals....a very good team and no disgrace lads.

Lewis got coaches mom and had a very good tournament after his terrible injury last year.Jack got supp mom with a solid display after a stong tournament.

CONCLUSION:Do not be fed up with this scoreline lads...we played some nice footie at times over the tournament and had to battle without most of our normal forward line.We had a few aches and pains and strains but WE NOW KNOW THE SEASON HAS STARTED....
